Georgia Self-Defense: Thug Targets Woman, Earns Bullet In Georgia Home Invasion :: 11/30/2015
One of these days, criminals are going to learn that to live in an armed society, they’re going to have to change their ways.
Unfortunately, this guy wasn’t that smart.
One person is dead following a home invasion early Monday morning.
According to authorities, a 28-year-old male forced his way into an apartment and assaulted a woman inside. The intruder was confronted, shot and killed by the male occupant of the apartment.
The incident took place at the Mountain Lake Apartments located off of North Hairston Road. The apartment’s occupants all remained at the scene when police arrived.
The intruder has yet to be identified as the investigation continues.
This is purely conjecture on my part, but I’m going to assume that the home invader was fixated on the female resident of the apartment, and had sexual assault (or worse) on his mind, and didn’t expect that the male resident would be home.
I’m going to keep a watch on this case (as much as it stays in the news, anyway) and see if that hunch plays out.
