Uh, Virginia hasn't got universal background checks,but as gun sales climb, so do arrests.
Tell us again why we "need" universal background checks? In point of fact, folks who are a lot smarter than we are say that the only way Obama's plan will work is if we have gun registration. Ask the Chinese, Joe Stalin's folks, Pol Pot's people, and millions of others about gun registration.Ooops, you can't. Their guns are gone, and so are the people.
