SAN ANTONIO — An alleged home invader who had his young son with him was shot and killed Friday at a Northeast Side home during a break-in attempt, according to police.
Officers responded to the shooting around 1:40 p.m. in the 6300 block of Aspen Farm, where they found the suspect suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
The suspect's son, who is around 7-years-old, was detained by police at the scene.
