Hmm, that language, exempting License to Carry Firearms holders from background checks, sure sounds familiar. Oh, nuts, we forgot. The Pennsylvania State Police get to trump any pro gun language that they care to, with a complicit Governor watching them do it. We sure hope our neighbors in West Virginia keep their officials on a tight leash. Anybody up for contacting the Governor's office and reminding him that HE promised to reign in the PSP?
