Widower sues city for $15M after stalker's grisly murder of his wife :: 05/24/2011
The widow of a slain Queens woman whose heart and lungs were carved out during the grisly attack is suing the city for $15 million, claiming cops could have prevented her murder.
Yongwei Guo said his wife Qian Wu took out at least six restraining orders against accused killer Huang Chen in the years before her Jan. 26, 2010 slaying.
