Wisconsin Self-Defense: Double shooting that killed one ruled justifiable :: 03/06/2019
A double shooting on Milwaukee's north side in which one man was killed and another wounded was committed in self defense, Milwaukee police said Tuesday.
Quadir L. Black, 37, was fatally shot shortly before 3 a.m. Thursday in the 2400 block of West Medford Avenue, police said.
A 35-year-old man suffered a wound that is not life-threatening in the shooting, which was ruled justifiable by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office, according to a police department news release.
