We're not certain why the race card is being played here. We don't think the color of your skin should diminish your right to defend yourself. Trayvon Martin's mother as a "witness" in front of the Senate? We haven't seen any of her works published, or any empirical evidence she has collected that would demand that Stand Your Ground laws be scrapped. We think that the current Administration wants to abolish Stand Your Ground to make an argument for disarmament.
